Terms of Service

Contractor Vitals is available to businesses under a subscription agreement with Company Vitals. Each client's use of the service, including fees, data handling, retention and support, is governed by the terms in that agreement and its data processing agreement.

People who sign in do so as members of a client's workspace, invited by that client, and use the service on the client's behalf and under its agreement. How we handle information is described in our privacy policy.
